The Challenge is to make a lifestyle change through healthy eating and limiting portions.
If you're up for the challenge here is a checklist that will help you get started.
- Select the right size bowl. In a nutshell the OneBowlChallenge is selecting a bowl that you can place your food in that limits your portions depending on your weight loss goals and then posting a photo online of the food you. Selecting the right size bowl is key to making a lifestyle change. There isn't a one size bowl fits all as everyone's bodies are different. Selecting a size bowl that's too small will potentially leave you malnourished and unlikely to stick with the challenge. Picking a bowl too large will likely result in you not achieving your weight loss goals. Picking a bowl just right will help you achieve your goals without having to count calories and without limiting the types of foods you eat. The challenge is to only eat what fits in your bowl at each meal.
