When losing weight it's important to have a support group. You can create your own group, or we can assign you to a group that you can use as a support and motivation to make the OneBowlChallenge a lifetime, lifestyle change.
Challenge board
Complete the challenge for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years and 5 years to get on the OneBowlChallenge Board. Perseverance is key. Miss a day? No problem, just keep posting. The challenge board doesn't require consecutive posts.

One Bowl Challenge
The purpose of this website is help people over come over eating through portion control. I love food a lot, and I love it in large quantities. As a result, I created the One Bowl Challenge to help me control my portions. The hope is that by sharing the challenge with others, they can develop healthy portion eating habits that will result in overall general health and overcome portion distortion.
