The idea of the OneBowlChallenge is to post a photo online of the food that you eat for each meal.  This gives an accountability system to yourself and perhaps to others that are supporting you in reaching your goals.  When creating a new habit (in this instance, controlling portion size while eating) it can take a while.  Therefore I've created a challenge board to recognize the efforts of those who post for 30 days (note that posts don't have to be consecutive), 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or 10 years.
